We are committed to delivering a high quality, flexible and cost efficient service to our customers. We value our team members, and are dedicated to continually developing and supporting our employees to constantly meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.
We strive to go beyond basic social and environmental regulations to meet the highest standards expected by our customers and the companies we work with.
We aim to minimise our energy usage and carbon emissions, and thus reduce our carbon footprint by ensuring that the most efficient methods are always used, we promote vehicle sharing and order materials in bulk to reduce impacts caused by deliveries etc. We advise all clients to make energy efficient choices such as automated switching, time control devices and light sensors . Not only does this reduce energy uses but it also minimises running costs.
Through a stringent selection and contracting process, we ensure our suppliers are fully incorporated into our commitment. We have a Supplier Ethical Charter, which forms a part of all our suppliers’ contracts. The Charter sets out the minimum social, environmental and ethical standards expected, whilst respecting the cultural, ethical, social, political and legal diversity of nations and societies in which we operate.
We’ve asked our biggest suppliers to complete a self-assessment process – and offer to work with a number of these suppliers to help them better engage their supply chain on key issues.
Alongside our Supplier Ethical Charter sits our Modern Slavery Statement as required under the Modern Slavery Act 2015, legislation required to summarise P2ES’s approach to prohibit any form of forced labour or slavery throughout our supply chain.
We are also currently aiming to achieve ISO standard 14001 in Environmental Management.

As an organisation, we take health and safety extremely seriously and employ a Health and Safety Manager to make sure that all elements of safety and training are fully in place.
Our expertise means that we are able to tailor our safety systems to the precise needs of the client, ensuring that they have a bespoke system that complements their own business, and that in turn also ensures they are fully compliant with the latest legislation and that all risks are minimised.
We are certified by the NICEIC, Chas and Constructionline. Our Health and Safety Manager is a member of the British Safety Council (BSC), the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), and the National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH).
We provide in-house IOSH-approved bespoke courses for all our engineers, including SSSTS/SMSTS–CITB courses where required, and every one of our engineers has the relevant City & Guilds training for their individual discipline.
In addition to our current certifications, we are striving to achieve ADIPS (Amusement Device Inspection Procedures Scheme) accreditation, Achilles accreditation, and ISO standard 18001.
P2ES is committed to continuous improvement, recognising that we need to change and adapt in line with our client’s requirements as quality assurance is of paramount importance.
In order to achieve the highest possible standards we are always up to date with new regulations and technological developments, whilst remaining focused on ensuring every member of staff understands and adheres to the procedures that deliver quality.
We are currently working toward the ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard.
